Market traders cannot work at the shopping centre Auto Mall in Minsk.

“It’s all dark in the car market Malinauka, Auto Mall shopping centre (Koltso Torgovyj Mir Koltso). The power supply is cut off, the car market is disconnected over huge debts. Everything is disconnected, including traffic lights. Sole traders cannot work, despite the fact that they are paying enormous utilities bills every month,” she stressed.

The employee of Auto Mall could not say exactly when the power supply is to be resumed.

“There is a power cut since yesterday evening, I do not know when it is to end, it’s a question to our senior managers,” she said.
