Rechyca fan illegally kept in the temporary holding facility

Legal epic of Maksim Malinouski, Rechyca football fan accused of disorderly conduct, was, finally, over on June 17.

On the fifth try a judge closed the case because of failure to prove guilt, rechyca.com reports.

The administrative case discovered that nobody had written a complaint against Malinouski, there had been a complaint of Rechyca dweller about fans’ behavior, walking towards the stadium. The policeman recognized that that Rechyca dweller was drunk that time. No evidence of guilt of Maksim Malinouski was presented.

The only question is why was he kept in the temporary holding facility and drawn up the protocol against? By the way, the policeman did not appear in the court, although he was summoned.

It should be reminded that on April 25 Maksim Malinouski was summoned to the police, after that he was put into the temporary holding facility for 2 days, having drawn up the protocol against.
