Uladzimir Nyaklyayew summoned to police

Uladzimir Nyaklyayew is repeatedly summoned to police on organization of an unauthorized picket in Minsk.
It should be reminded that on the morning of 22 September, Nyaklyaew appeared UVD of the Tsentralny district of Minsk, but the officer needed was absent at place, BelaPAN reports.
"A Police Lieutenant Colonel approached and said the police officer had been absent and offered me to wait. I refused", he told the journalists waited for him near the RUVD building.
The politician is being charged under Art. 23.34 para 1, Administrative Code - violation of order of holding mass events. It is about "For Free Elections" picket held near the main state store on September 10. Nyaklyaew has not signed the protocol yet.
The politician says he had a call from the RUVD yesterday and was repeatedly proposed to come to the office. He agrees to come only in case of another summons. "I said I did not know how would they use this "private talk", if I came", Nyaklyaew pointed out.
In turn, the Chairman of the United Civic Party Anatol Lyabedzka, drawn up protocol against for conducting a picket in memory of the disappeared politician Viktar Hanchar and businessman Anatol Krasouski, said that he had not been summoned to the police then. “I have not received any summons yet", he said.
