Fransabank Is a Record-breaker in Dollar Exchange Rate

An official dollar exchange rate in Belarus equals to Br19 514.

An absolute majority of banks fixed a 2% difference with the official currency rate and now dollar equals to Br19900. Only a few banks sell dollars at Br19950-20 000, Nasha Niva writes.

Thus the exchange rate for legal entities has exceptions. Fransabank is the record-breaker. It sells a dollar at Br20 700 (6% break from the National Bank’s course), euro – Br22 600 (6.6%).
