Activist believes the Belarus have had no chances to negotiate with the government for 22 years.

Anatol Shumchanka has accused leader of Perspective Pavel Seviarynets of position of conciliation, while his speech against Decree No 222 in Kastrychnitskaya Square, Minsk. Radio Svaboda reports.

"The Belarusian Christian Democracy will provide assistance of entrepreneurs. Shumchanka experiences the policy of conciliation. He tries to negotiate with the government. But we all know the ability of the government to negotiate," Seviarynets stated.

Uladzimir Nyaklyayew, Anatol Liabedzka, Mikalai Statkevich also take part. Entrepreneurs hold banners "222 - unemployment increase", "For freedom of entrepreneurs".

Earlier, Aliaksandr Lukashenka, in fact, spoke against requirements of entrepreneurs: the government does not intend to abolish Decree No. 222 (the reason why markets and shopping centers are empty). Public association Perspective abandoned the initiative for the rally of February 15 and hopes to negotiate with the government.

Nevertheless, entrepreneur and activist Aliaksandr Makayeu called to hold the rally on February 15, Kastrychnitskaya Square, Minsk. Such politicians as Anatol Liabedzka and Mikalai Statkevich joined it. Leader of Perspective Anatol Shumchanka did not comment on his possible participation.

About 500-1000 people take part in the rally, according to different sources. Entrepreneurs plan to take another rally next Monday.
