Media: Front-Line Su-34 Bombers Were At Kushchevskaya Airfield At The Moment Of Attack

The warehouse of control and correction modules for aerial bombs was destroyed.

A drone attack on the Kushchevskaya airfield in the Krasnodar Territory of Russia led to the destruction of a warehouse with universal modular glide kits. Images from the scene show extensive damage.

This was reported by Defence express.

The Kushchevskaya military airfield is located in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. On the night of April 27, it was hit by drones. According to preliminary data, a warehouse with universal modular planning kits, with the help of which the enemy turns conventional bombs into guided ones, was destroyed.

It is known, among other things, that enemy Su-34 front-line bombers were based at the airfield. In general, the airbase is located more than 250 kilometers from the Russian-Ukrainian front line.

Published footage shows the destruction of the UMPC structure and damage to the flight control building. The video also shows Su-34 aircraft, which indicates the possibility of their destruction, but there is no reliable information about this.

“Whether it was the planes that were hit is unknown, but in the video you can hear the jet engines operating. Perhaps the enemy decided to relocate the vehicles,” analysts emphasize.

ESA satellite images confirm the presence of Su-34 aircraft at the airfield at the time of the attack. Despite cloudiness, which makes it difficult to obtain new images, radar data indicates the presence of equipment at the site.
