Another reprisal by court: From 3 to 3.5 years of colony

The court of Maskouski district of Minsk has sentenced 6 participants of the peaceful rally against rigged results of the presidential election to long terms of imprisonment.

The court has pronounced a sentence to Uladzimir Loban: 3 years of deprivation of freedom, Aleh Fedarkevich – 3.5 years, Dzmitry Daronin – 3,5 years, Syarhei Kazakou – 3 years of imprisonment, Yauhen Sakret – 3 years of serving the punishment in a general regime penal colony, Vitaly Matsukevich – 3 years in a maximum security penal colony.

The persons sentenced to be confined can take an appeal from this decision in a court of superior jurisdiction.
