Yes, Mr Lukashenko has a problem. The greatest problem is he thinks his dictatorship is blessed by the majority of citizens. Dictators usually have two similiar problems-they delude themselves into a mind-set which becomes increasingly entrenched as forces build up-and they begin a paranoid strike-out against all perceived opposition. His sad legacy will be a textbook case in the future for students of history and he will go down as the clown prince of all dictators-possibly on par with Idi Amin. I hope he winds up in Iran or some other such country he has espoused as a friendly country. What pseudo-folk opera we have here-former collective farm manager becomes dictator-destroyes his country-flees to who knows where?
