Taxi drivers make "cultural dress" and learn languages

Belarusian Vice Prime Minister Anatoli Kalinin said that the taxi drivers should become neat and cultural.

According to him, they must also speak a foreign language. "We will put service in public transport on quality track," he said.

"We're approaching the ice hockey world championship. So, the service in passenger cars should be of the highest quality," said Deputy Prime Minister, BelTA informs.

Anatoli Kalinin said that an elementary service culture is missing in the taxi. At the same time, he said, taxis must be of the same color and identifying marks but no older than five years.

"The service quality of land passenger transport is an overdue issue, and we've already discussed it in the government. The Ministry of Transport has been instructed to consider this issue and make suggestions," he stressed.
