Andrei Mouchan to stand trial today

The trial was postponed on July 16 due to the absence of policemen witnesses.

As charter97.org reported, the activist of "European Belarus" was detained by the police on the night of July 14. He is accused of violating the city order and petty hooliganism. The guy was accused of having pasted the sticker "No to capital punishment". Mouchan was severely beaten during the detention.

The activists gave evidence in Minsk Pershamaiski District Court a week ago. Mouhcan was let off until the trial back then.
