Commando from Maryina Horka fights on side of Donbas militants

A former military of the 5th brigade of Special Forces of Belarus (5th Spetsnaz Brigade) from Maryina Horka is fighting on the side of gunmen against Ukraine.

The Belarusian told that himself in an interview to ANNA news, a TV channel of separatists.

The former military man travelled to Donbas via Russia. As said by him, first he arrived to Rostov-on-Don, and then he illegally crossed the Ukrainian border. First the militant arrived to Alchevsk, and then to Donetsk.

“I heard about the unit of Motorola, but I didn’t know exactly where it is. But thanks to the experience, offered to me by my commander, Senior Lieutenant Uladzimir Karachun… I must say I was in the 5th Spetznaz Brigade, Maryina Horka, I do not conceal that… Thank you, Uladzimir, for the military skills given by you,” he said.

The 5th Special Forces Brigade is stationed in Maryina Horka and is an elite unite of the Armed Forces of Belarus.
