Court ushers divided family not wishing to leave house

Father and two children were forced to leave the house while mother and the youngest child are allowed to stay.

The Brels live next to the construction area of a new metro station Vokzalnaya next to Druzhnaya station. All neighbors had already been resettled, but the Brels refused to leave the house. The matter is that at the moment of decision-making on eviction they had their third child born. Additional 15 meters were not taken into account when it was decided to provide the family with other apartments, Euroradio reports.

On March 11 court ushers came to evict the family. The court decided to evict parents and two children, the third was not mentioned. It turned out that they had neither right to evict him nor left him alone.

At the site the police and executors decided to leave the child with mother, father and two other children would be moved into the apartment, which was given instead of a private house.

Mother and the third child would stay until the court decision. And they will live in the house next to the construction area. And the father and two brothers do not have the right to live in this house and they transport some things. They can only come to visit them.

The owner told there was his youngest child in the house, whom the Court had not taken into account (at the time of the hearing, the child was not born yet). In fact the court usher had no right to evict the child. After a few minutes outdoor everybody entered the house.

Police took a neutral position. They avoided cameras and stayed away from conversations.

They succeeded to come to a decision behind the closing doors, without journalists. A few minutes later the owner of the house entered the room and told that that day only he and his elder sons left the house. His wife and a newborn would stay. Police gave guarantees that no one would touch them before consideration of all complaints and a new decision, given the third child.

"I am satisfied even with this decision. We will wait for the consideration of our complaint and another decision. We can't accept the previous one. Now I will take older children with and we will stay at my friend's for a while," the owner of the problem house Ivan Brel said.
