Belarusians offered to fix roads at their own expense

They are not advised to count upon break-down road services anymore.

A billboard with an offer to repair potholes on roads themselves, with detailed instructions how to do that, was noticed by one of charter97.org readers in Minsk.

“One has to pay a road tax, then to pay for toll roads. Besides, earlier we had been told that costs of road repairs are included to the fuel costs. And here we have a novelty: fix a pothole independently. What will happen tomorrow?” he asks.
