Workers of BATE plant receive salary in cheese and milk (Photo)

The crisis has seriously affected Barysau Plant of Automotive Electrical Equipment.

The plant was working erratically since the beginning of the year. In august the plant’s main consumers – Russian automobile giants – stopped. Car producers in other countries seem not to be interested in starters and generators from Barysau.

In this situation the plant administration decided to give BATE workers a kilogram of butter and cheese on account of payment.

It is interesting, that the cost of the products is higher than in shops. According to “Borisov Elektronny”, heads of every production department will control the process in order to prevent refusal to take butter and cheese.

An appropriate office memorandum signed by deputy general director on ideology Larysa Dzhalilava was sent to the production department heads.
