In Belarusian Ministry of Education one forgot, how the non- legitimate “parliament” is called

3

Belarusian Ministry of Education considers, that in Belarus instead of “national assembly” acts “public assembly”.

It is interesting, whether a Belarusian university entrant could pass successfully his examinations on the specialty “History” for a budget form of education with such knowledge of political life of the country?

Such name of Belarusian “parliament” is contained in the instructive letter of Ministry of Education of May, 20, 2010 “About teaching World History and History of Belarus in 2010/2011 school year”, signed by Deputy Minister of Education Kazimir Farino, “Tomorrow of your country” informs.

Instructive letters of Ministry of Education on every subject – are annual messages of the Ministry to all teachers, in which guidelines and recommendations are given: how to teach, evaluate the knowledge of pupils, which optional courses to conduct, what literature to use.

The most interesting in the letters is the following part: “Study of special issues”. This time such a topic, besides all obligatory ones, should “find its reflection by studying of social-economic and political life of the Republic at the contemporary stage”.

“It is necessary to note, that the priority directions of the development of Belarus were outlined in the Address of President of the Republic of Belarus to National Assembly on April, 20, 2010 and quality was proclaimed the key point in all spheres of activity in 2010– the quality of the produced goods and rendered services, quality of management, quality of people’s life”, - says the letter.
