It is expected that after that he will be released without indictment.

This was told to “Salidarnasc” by Tamara Sidarenka, the lawyer of Mikhail Bashura.

– Today I was talking to the legal investigator, who said that, an extra interrogation of Mikhail Bashura was appointed for 4 p.m. There was no talk about indictment (I should have been obligatory informed about it), that is why after the interrogation he will be probably set free, – Tamara Sidarenka told.

According to BelaPAN, in the evening of August, 6, people in civilian clothes detained Mikhail Bashura near his rented flat and delivered him to the Department of Internal Affairs of Soviet district of Minsk. He was told that he was apprehended on suspicion of crime commission: allegedly a few years earlier for receiving of a credit Mikhail Bashura submitted his certificate of income, and the sum stated there was overrated.

The crime stipulated by Article 380 of Criminal Code of Belarus (forgery, fabrication, use or sale of false documents, stamps, seals, printed forms) was incriminated to the activist.
