Lukashenka is going to sign documents concerning the pension system next week.

He stated this today at the meeting to discuss the improvement of the national pension system, BelTA informs.

“Today we should come up with a solution to the problem. Just like with the utilities system we should get it over with so that the next week the head of state would sign the relevant documents after deciding on these matters,” – the governor said.

The issue of the pension system improving cannot be reduced only to the retirement age.

“This is an important issue, everyone has heard it, but it is not the entire pension system. In addition to the retirement age, there is the problem of improving the pension system itself, that is, the formation of the pension fund and, frankly speaking, as the result – the amount of pension,” – Lukashenka said.
