Belarus has already made a fortune on African catfish, it is now the crayfish’s turn.

Head of the Belarusian-Polish Portal polbel.biz Aliaksei Kolb, commenting to Belgazeta on the quality of management in Belarus, said:

– Lukashenka has created a system, where officials shamelessly take the budget to pieces, one day proposing to grow the African catfish, another day – the long-toed crayfish. They hand out medals in Hong Kong, and in our country – the budget money. Belarus has already made a fortune on the African catfish, it is now the crayfish’s turn.

The government has been making much of the term "experienced manager" for the last ten years, – they say, that it is essential to appoint an experienced manager, rather than a clever or a competent one. But just take the story of appointing former mayor Ladutska as the Motavela director.
