Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev held consultations with the State Secretary of Belarus Security Council Stanislau Zas on security issues in Suzdal (Vladimir region), the website ria.ru reports with reference to the apparatus of the RF Security Council.

"Nikolai Patrushev and Stanislau Zas discussed a wide range of issues of the Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the field of national, regional and international security," – the apparatus of the RF Security Council stated.

In addition, Patrushev and Zas thoroughly discussed the state and prospects for cooperation between units of the security councils of Russia and Belarus.

Patrushev and Zas also discussed with the Governor of Vladimir region Svetlana Orlova the prospects of trade-economic and cultural cooperation with the regions of Belarus.
