19 people were detained on charges of organizing "mass riots" in Belarus over March 21-22.

According to the Human Rights Center Viasna, deprived of the registration by the authorities, this list is constantly updated and expanded.

Human rights activists gather information about persons detained with the charge of organizing "mass riots" under Part 3 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code.

Part 3 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code "Mass riots":

Training or other preparation of persons to participate in "mass riots", accompanied by the commission of actions introduced in Part 1 of this Article, as well as financing or other material support of such activities

– They are punishable by a term of arrest up to six months or imprisonment by a term of up to three years.
