16 defendants in the case fabricated by the authorities remain in custody.

As of May 22, the human rights center “Viasna” has information about 16 defendants in the “mass riots preparation” case, who are still held in custody. Only one of them hasn’t been additionally charged, spring96.org.

The list of detainees in the “mass riots preparation” case:

Aliaksei Abramau, b. 1979. Detained on March 21. Held in the KGB prison. On March 30, he was charged under Part 3 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (Also formally charged under Art. 287 of the Criminal Code).

Andrei Bialiauski, b. 1982. Detained on March 21. Earlier held in the KGB prison. On March 31, he was charged under Part 3 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code. In early April, transferred to the remand prison # 1. (Also mentioned in the case under Art. 287 of the Criminal Code).
