Court Suspends Consideration of Milkavita’s Lawsuit Against 205 Employees

A check will be carried out in the case.

The trial over the lawsuit filed by the “Milkavita” JSC against 205 its employees has been suspended till the end of the check, which should detect concrete culprits of the shortage of milk for a large amount of money. The Savetski district court of Homel took this decision today, Belsat reports.

“The case has been suspended till the end of the check, carried out by the law-enforcement agencies,” – representative of the Independent Trade Union of the Radio-Electronic Industry Workers Leanid Sudalenka, who rendered legal assistance to “Milkavita” employees, informed.

The milk shortage at "Milkavita" occurred since November 2016 to February 2017, its amount – Bn 141533 (about 70 thousand euros). From the point of view of the management of the plant, all employees of the whole milk shop, including cleaners and loaders, should be blamed for it.
