Mountain climber from Guinness records book tells how he made Everest and Elbrus be more Belarusian

Everything was even more impressive than in the famous Vysotsky's song The Top.

Eduard Lipen, a record holder of the Guinness Book of Records, a mountain climber and an anesthesiologist, visited the Belsat TV channel. Eduard is over 80 years old, 65 of which he has been engaged in this dangerous sport. Rock falls, avalanches, gorges, freeze burns and death are quite common for such an occupation. During this time, he lost friends in the mountains (25% of the expedition died once!), freeze burnt feet and they had to be amputated, but met love.

Can you imagine a cranial trepanation with rock hooks and a Swiss knife at an altitude of 6,000 meters? The Snow Leopard Eduard Lipen told the terrible details of the tragic and successful expeditions. The Belarusian anesthesiologist also went by routes covered with human remains. He is not ashamed to admit that he had to literally step over the corpses to reach the goal.

Eduard managed to climb the highest peak of the planet. It was there that he brought a piece of Belarus.
