Belarusians Require the Third Constituent Charter of the BPR to Be Printed

The collection of signatures for publication of the historical document has started.

The website Udobny Gorod has started the collection of signatures for the media to publish the Third Constituent Charter of the BPR. The initiators want to address the Ministry of Information to order the public printing media to publish the Third Constituent Charter of the BPR.

As of Thursday morning, 150 people signed the statement.

The Third Constituent Charter was adopted on March 25, 1918. According to the document, the Belarusian People's Republic was proclaimed an independent state.

Now the document is in the National Archives of Belarus.

The collection of signatures will last 21 days.
