The dictator has said that he works for the Russian Federation from the Baltic to the Black Sea.
Lukashenka, receiving the head of the State Border Committee and the Security Council with a report, pointed out that there are no problems between the border guards of Belarus and Russia, and that everything goes smoothly between the military and transport workers, however, when all the issues are brought up to the government level, suddenly a lot of questions appear, the dictator's press service reports.
"As a result, we are constantly reproached: "We pretty much prop up Belarus". We ought to estimate what the protection of the common border costs us. Remind them about the air defense system: they were asking me to make it joint for a long time. We work for the Russian Federation from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea today. It also costs money, and not only money," - the dictator said.
The ruler reminded that now Belarus and Russia are holding talks on deepening integration. According to him, all emerging issues should be "brought together, put on the table and demonstrated: Big brothers, Russians, have a look at the services renderred, and it is not cheap," - he said.
"Therefore, we need to bring all these issues at the government level and on the table: here, we do help. And so that the Russian society would know and understand that the Belarusians are not spongers, that it is not worse for a Russian man in Belarus than in Russia. Let's say it straight: better than in Russia. And they note it," - the dictator said.
