Lukashenka: There Are Enough Of Those In Russia Who Would Like To Exert Pressure

The dictator believes that the competition in Russia is unfair.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka spoke about the unfair competition in Russia and problems when selling Belarusian products there, the press service of the ruler reports.

Addressing new Director General of the Managing Company of the Belarusian Cement Company Holding Aliaksandr Dauhala, Lukashenko demanded to improve the efficiency of the cement industry and increase the sales of their products in foreign markets.

"We had a lot of problems there. I even suspect that a number of people create these problems, especially in the direction of Russia. Yes, it is not so easy to work with Russia. There are enough of those who would like to exert pressure there. There’s competition, and it's not fair," – the dictator said.

According to the press service, Lukashenka was informed that the situation with the sale of cement abroad has improved. The factories have diversified their exports, reoriented to the European market and they are ready to buy our products at higher prices. The supplies to Poland, Latvia and Ukraine have grown significantly. At the same time, a significant volume is sold in the domestic market. In this regard, Lukashenka highlighted the need to expand the use of cement in the country.
