Nexta: Lukashenka Has New plane

The cost of the business jet is over $60 million.

It's a Gulfstream G550 private business jet with an EW-001PJ side number that speaks for its involvement with the country's top leaders. This is also confirmed by the livery of the aircraft, made in colors of the national flag, the Nexta telegram channel writes.

The cost of the jet in the catalog is $61,500,000. And this does not include custom-made interior decorations and equipment, which is almost certainly present on the government "bird". By the way, the range of this model is 12,500 kilometers (this is like to Dubai and back).

According to sources at the Minsk National Airport, the new plane first arrived in Minsk in the second half of September. The purchase transaction was carried out through a private Austrian company, which purchased this board and transferred it to Minsk. And only then the "bird" became the property of Lukashenka's Republic of Belarus.

The new toy will be used by the Lukashenka family - this information has also been confirmed. But whether the relatively small jet will replace the used by Lukashenka liners Boeing 737 (side number EW-001PA) and 767 (EW-001PB) is still unknown. It is quite possible that Gulfstream will be used exclusively for private travel.
