Pavel Sliunkin, First Secretary of the European Department of the Foreign Ministry, has left his position. He announced this on Facebook.

"My hero and role model is definitely Hank Rearden. But now, probably, only advice from Francisco d'Anconia can help us: Atlas, Shrug!" - Pavel Sliunkin wrote.
