The anomalous activity of security forces in the capital of Belarus.

Since the morning, Minsk residents have been sharing photos and videos with the media: large columns of security forces equipment and security forces with shields were observed in the city. Buses, vehicles, barbed wire, staff cars.

"Dozens of people with shields are near the Interior Ministry Academy."
