Belarusians are holding rallies in support of the “drummer for change.”
Menskrazam! telegram channel published a video of the rally of solidarity with Aliaksei Sanchuk, who played drums at marches in Belarus.
“We move in the rhythm of victory. Our hearts beat to the beat. The Writers' Quarter supports Aliaksei Sanchuk. Rhythm is what pushes you to move,” writes the Telegram channel.
On May 13, Aliaksei Sanchuk was unjustly sentenced to six years in a maximum-security colony.
On the outside, he has a wife and an eight-year-old daughter.
