'Russian Soldiers Fled Through The Forests Like Hares'

Oleh Zhdanov - about the maintenance of cauldron facilities in Lyman and Izyum.

Lyman City of the Donetsk region was completely cleared by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on October 2. Russian soldiers scattered through the forests like hares there. Military expert Oleh Zhdanov told about it.

"I understand that it's a disaster for the Russian command to get into a cauldron. But the second cauldron is already shutting down when it is almost empty. It was the same with the Izyum cauldron. We hoped that units of the Izyum group would fall into it, but it turned out that there were only a few hundred prisoners.

Those who are caught in the woods. The same is in Lyman. There are not hundreds of thousands of prisoners, as we expected. They left the equipment and, like hares, ran through the fields, and forests, trying to get over to their forces. There are not so many of them in the cauldrons actually,” Zhdanov noted.
