Partisans are still in Vitebsk: recently a local Janitor put the inscription “Long Live Belarus!” on the hood of his neighbor's car. The car owner works for the police.

The LIVE Vitebsk Telegram channel reports.

It also became known that the Vitebsk resident was arrested for 10 days.
