Russian dry ration packs began to appear on various Belarusian online trading sites (for example, Kufar). The ads are relatively fresh and appear in places where Russian troops are deployed.

It is also reported that the military men drain and sell diesel fuel to the locals for 18 rubles per canister, and Russian dry ration packs can now also be easily found on the local market.
