Skabeyeva's interlocutor objected to her, saying that "the troops covering the border" are standing there. However, he agreed with the propagandist that troops from Ukraine should be moved to Belgorod Oblast.

Furthermore, the Russian propagandists repeatedly dreamed of seizing Kharkiv Region of Ukraine.
