Dzianis Dashkevich was “attacked” by tax service

At first, the unsuccessful candidate was summoned to the KGB, then – to the tax service.

The activist of the campaign "Tell the Truth" Dziannis Dashkevich, who was denied registration as a candidate for "deputies" in Rogachev constituency, was called to the district tax service office, informs the HRC "Viasna".

"I got a call and was invited to come to the tax service for an interview, but I refused to do so without a summons. The Summons was sent the next day. It was said in it that on September 10 at 11:00 I have to come to the tax service office for the interview. During the phone conversation, by the way, I was told that the survey will be based on a document with my testimony that had been given by the KGB,"- said the activist.

Recall, on August 23, the day after the refusal to register the candidate for "deputies", Dzianis Dashkevich was summoned to the local department of the KGB. There Dashkevich was made clear that he may have tax problems, as earlier Dashkevich, allegedly, illegally received profit from his business (prior to that Dashkevich was organizing weddings in Rogachev). Dashkevich connects his invitation to the tax service office with his public life and constant conflict with local authorities.
