Philip Breedlove: Another “Cargo 200” goes to Russia

A column of vehicles has crossed the border in Donetsk region.
This statement has been made by the supreme NATO commander in Europe, General Philip Breedlove in his Twitter account.
As said by him, reports about vehicles marked as “Cargo 200” are made by the OSCE mission monitors.

The NATO and the OSCE (the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) confirmed the reports of Ukraine that military equipment is being redeployed to Donbas and Crimea from Russia. This statement was made on November 11 in an interview to Reuters by the NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe Philip Breedlove, gordonua.com informed.
On November 7 the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine informed that 32 tanks, 16 howitzers D-30 and 30 KamAZ trucks with ammunition and troops arrived to Donbas from Russia. Ukraine’s president Petro Poroshenko as well stated the escalation of the situation in Eastern Ukraine was going on, and he discussed that over the phone with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
