National white-red-white flags and a portrait of political prisoner Ales Bialiatski appeared in the centre of Minsk.
The white-red-white flags and Ales Bialiatski's portrait were hung out at a bus stop in Niamiha district in central Minsk on February 18.
Yaraslau Radziuk, who sent a photo to Nasha Niva, caught the moment of hanging out the flags.
