AFU Hit Russian Officers Who Gathered Near Suvorov's Ashes

The attack took place in Zaporizhzhia region.

The AFU hit Russian officers who gathered near the ashes of commander Alexander Suvorov, writes "Apostrophe".

The fly-in took place in Zaporizhzhia region last Friday. Suvorov's ashes were brought from the Crimea on the order of Defence Ministry head Sergei Shoigu.

"Gathered officers around the ashes of Alexander. To pray, to talk. It was a mistake to gather them close to the front line, in one of the troop control points. A shell flew in. In the end, unfortunately, four dead and 7 wounded," wrote Russian media.

According to another source of the public page, Suvorov's ashes "suffered, but only slightly", he was protected by a special armoured box in which the remains are transported.
