The concept of neutrality in Europe whether it's Austria, Switzerland or defacto neutrality by way of severe underfunding like Germany up until recently is a farce. They know damn well they are surrounded by countries like Poland or Romania that act as a buffer zone until the USA in NATO comes to save the day.
They act self righteous as peace loving while spending a fraction of their budgets for their own defense. At least Finland and Sweden have come to their senses.
