Representatives of unrecognized South Ossetia and Abkhazia came to session of “union” parliament

Heads of parliaments of unrecognized republics of South Ossetia and Abkhazia cane to a session of the Belarus-Russia “parliament” held in Minsk today.
Boris Gryzlov, Chairman of the Russian State Duma, speaker of the “parliamentary assembly” of Belarus and Russia, suggested imposing such a norm of legislative control as a Decree of Supreme Council of the Belarus-Russia “union state”, Interfax reports.
“I propose to impose a Decree of the Supreme Council as a supreme norm of legislative control,” B. Gryzlov said in Minsk opening the session of the “parliamentary assembly” of Belarus and Russia.
The chairman of the “parliamentary assembly” said it was necessary to prepare a draft decree on new order of budget planning of the “union state”.
“The outgoing year left an imprint on the “union” building, many questions on formation of a common economic environment and stability of national economies during the global financial crisis have been solved,” B. Gryzlov said.
The head of the Russian Duma pointed out development of a social package allowing free travel and employment in the “union state” and strengthening of economic and trade ties among the main achievements of the “union building”.
Heads parliaments of unrecognized republics of South Ossetia and Abkhazia are present at the session of the “parliamentary assembly”.
