Lukashenka goes to Moscow to Alexiy II funeral

On December 8-9, President of Belarus Alyaksandr Lukashenka will make a visit to the Russian Federation to attend the funeral of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexiy II.
BelTA learnt about that from the presidential press service.
Patriarch Alexiy II visited Belarus many times. The Patriarch’s last visit to Belarus took place in October on the occasion of the celebration of the 1020th anniversary of the Baptism of Russia.
