Miron hoisted a flag in honour of figure of national rebirth Yazep Lyosik as continuation of the white-red-white marathon, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian National Republics. The flag was hung out on the roof of a 5-storey dwelling house on Kasmanautau Street Tuesday evening.
According to Barys Khamaida, one of representatives of the democratic forces of the Vitsebsk Region, a notice signed up by Miron was fixed to the flag. The notice runs: “Honour and respect to political agent of the Belarusian National Republic, prominent linguist, author of the “Practical Grammar OF Belarusian Language” Yazep Lyosik. Glory to BNR heroes! Long live Belarus!”
Miron’s actions in honour of BNR founders have lasted for a month and a half. Referring to his sources, Barys Khamaida said that this action wasn’t the last in Miron’s plans, Radio Racyja informs.
