In four out of 13 constituencies of Hrodna region only one candidate will take part in the elections to the “chamber of representatives”.

The official reason for the denial: more than 15% of signatures have been found invalid. The both United Democratic Forces representatives will enter an appeal to the Central Elections Commission.
In Shchuchyn constituency Maryja Birukova, a deputy chairperson of Hronda regional executive committee, has become a deputy, while in Masty constituency the other deputy chairperson, Vasily Stsyapura.
In Vaukavysk constituency No. 48 and Navahradak constituency No. 57 documents for registration have been submitted only by one contender. In the former a representative of the United Democratic Forces refused to collect signatures, while in the latter the head of the regional branch of the UDF Yury Istomin was detained by police and could not bring signatures to the commission timely.
