In response to the call of Alyaksandr Lukashenka to supply protective means against flu for the population, Belarusian light industry (BLI) started manufacturing of protective flu masks (PFM).

A well-known Belarusian playwright, creator of Free Theatre Nikolai Khalezin writes in his blog about possible methods of application for flu masks of domestic manufacture.

Since now the Belarusian Health Ministry (BHM) does not have to worry: lives of the population in the Republic of Belarus (PRB) are out of danger.

Now we can proceed to studying a sample of PFM created and manufactures by workers of cottage industries (WCI).

At the picture we see a face front of a PFM in comparison with a usual CD (UCD). UCD’s diameter is 12 cm, while PFM’s diameter is 20 cm.

Here we can observe the inner side of a PFM. Two gauze ribbons 1 cm width serve for PFM’s binding to a head of a person who fears ARVI (acute respiratory viral infection), ARD (acute respiratory disease) or A(H1N1) flu. A built-in six-pointed plastic frame (SPF) offers rigid fixation at the head of an individual. Two thin elastic bands help to fix the PFM under a chin by tying the bands in a bow or two knots in case the PFM is used by one person and not shared with other family members or other persons.

At this picture we see an enlarged element of PFM’s trimming and can enjoy the work of neat-handed WCI who stitched the edging in a skillful way.

Here we see a PFM on the face of atypical representative of PRB.

Additional features of a PFM

A PFM can serve not only for protection of the PRB from ARVI acute respiratory viral infection, ARD acute respiratory disease and A(H1N1). It can also be used for:

robbery in banks and retail outlets

… as a hat for schoolchildren in junior and middle school

… as a tea sieve or as a filter for food and chemicals

… or for original floral design.

If you have used the gauze and cotton wool part of a PFM for your needs, that’s not the end! You still have a SPF, and you can bring joy to your little son, presenting his this amazing little merry goggle-eyed dinosaur!

Now we can say with certainty: “The PFM created thanks to concern of ARL (Alyaksandr Ryhoravich Lukashenka) under a tight control of BHM, by skillful WCI, would be able to create an impenetrable barrier against from ARVI, ARD and A(H1N1), and to become helper for the PRB in most difficult life situations”.
