On February 14 after disband of the peaceful youth rally dedicated to St. Valentine’s Day, the leader of the Young Front Zmitser Dashkevich and activists Pavel Kuryanovich and Mikola Dzemidzenka went to the police department of Savetski district and asked for a referral letter to record battery signs in a hospital. Policemen of the Savetski district refused to accept the statement about battery written by the oppositionists, and consequently, to issue a referral letter for them to consult a doctor.

In the police department Pavel Kuryanovich was taken bad, and an ambulance was called in. the “Young Front” activist was taken to the hospital in Baraulyany.

In the hospital physician Aleh Dzyamchuk, which checked Pavel Kuryanovich, found no external traces of battery. However, after beating up by riot policemen at the rally on February 14, a huge bad lump appeared on his forehead, he received a black eye, and 4 teeth were chipped after a blow in his jaw…
