Another DDoS attack on www.charter97.org

Traditional DDoS attacks on the Charter’97 website go on. Today, at 10:00 a.m. (Minsk time) the website faced an attack, blocking lasted about two hours.

First short attempts to block www.charter97.org were recorded at night.

The technical service managed to neutralize the attack, the website is available again. The site is currently being attacked from about 300 IP addresses. This is undoubtedly a DDoS attack and its power is growing.

We find difficulty in explaining the logic and motives of the organizers of the attack, but this complies with the many-year strategy of the Belarusian authorities on censuring the Internet environment.
