“People connect hopes for changes to the best with the change of authority”, a candidate for the presidential post of Belarus Andrei Sannikov considers.

Leader of the civil campaign “European Belarus” met his supporters in Mahilou and Babruysk. Andrei Sannikov visited signature collecting pickets organized for his nomination as a presidential candidate, and also visited an orphanage of a family type, the teachers of which entered his initiative group.

“Undoubtedly, the brightest impression of the trip – was the visit to the orphanage of a family type of Ludmila and Yuri Ruban. Their family numbers more than twenty adopted children, and the atmosphere, which is reigning in the house – is the atmosphere of creativity, holiday, and mutual readiness to help. It was interesting to see video records of their performances. Children are very talented: they draw, sing, doing sports. In Babruysk and Mahilou I visited pickets where signature collecting is taking place. More and more people are complaining about the lawlessness from the side of executive bodies and the police, and they hope that the situation will drastically change with the advent of a new power, -- Andrei Sannikov said.
