Russians being detained in Minsk

Young Front leader Zmitser Dashkevich was arrested in Minsk, two Russian nationals were detained in his apartment.

Zmitser Dashkevich was caught by known persons when he was putting the rubbish out. At 4 in the evening, the Young Front leader and his friends left the apartment. Dashkevich went to put the rubbish out. Some minutes later, his friends began to look for him, but say only a dark-blue minibus Volkswagen with registration number 9422 IК-7driving away.

Dashkevich’s friends arrived at the Frunzenski district police department. They are going to file a claim on kidnapping if his location is not found out in the nearest time, co-head of Young Front Anastasia Palazhanka said.

At 8 in the evening, all people in Dashkevich’s apartment were detained. They are two Young Front activists and two Russian citizens, a correspondent of “Natsyonalny Kontrol” magazine Dmitry Ivanov and his assistant Maksim Petrevich.
