The Hrodna-based firm Polonika run by Andzelika Borys got a warning about paying a fine of 72 million rubles voluntary.
BelaPAN learnt this from lawyer Ihar Sazanovich. According to him, the letter of March 15 from Yauheny Yutsevich, an officer of the Hrodna region economic court, notes that if a fine is not paid voluntary, it will be enforced.
We remind that on February 5, Natallya Kozel, a judge of the Leninski district court of Hrodna, fined Plonika almost 72 million rubles and Andzelika Borys 4.2 million rubles on the ground of a claim of the tax inspection.
As the lawyer noted, Polonika tried to appeal against the decision to the Hrodna region court, but Natallya Kozel refused to accept the appeal and sent her decision to an officer of court. “We find these actions unlawful, so we have filed a complaint about them to the Hrodna region court,” Sazanovich said.
