Lukashenka won't attend Lech Kaczynski funeral

Alyaksandr Lukashenka won't go to Poland to the funral of the president of the country Lech Kaczynski on Sunday April 18. The official delegation of Minsk is to be represented by the chairman of the "council of republic" Barys Batura.
The principal officers of Belarus haven't adopted a decision yet to declare mouring in Belarus after the death of the Polish delegation on the way to Katyn, "Nasha Niva" informs. The delegation included the Poland's President Lech Kaczynski and his wife.
The funeral of Lech Kaczynski and Maria Maria Kaczynska to take place in Krakow's Wawel Cathedral. Among the presidents who have already expressed their desire to attend the funeral are US President Barack Obama, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite and a number of other heads of state and government.
We remind that on April 14 Alyaksandr Lukashenka stated that Kaczynski was to blame for Tu-154 crash himself.
"It is clear who is to bear responsibility. No matter are you guilty or not: you are the first person and you bear responsibility. That is why to say that pilots are to blame, that they have taken a decision, is wrong. Such things cannot happen like this for sure, 100 per cent," Lukashenka said during the visit to Homel region.
